Born 1806, died 1877 - the namesake patriarch of Harrell Family Cemetery and, by extension, of Harrell Cove itself, the historical name for what’s now called Cedar Grove.
Appears in: Harrell Family Cemetery. Related: Harrell Cove and W.F. Harrell, almost certainly a later relative (owned a limestone quarry near Bangor, documented 1907-1916).
Notable descendants:
- Whitmell Henry Harrell (1832-1883) - plausibly his son, given the shared first name and a fitting generational gap.
- Amelia S. Harrell Moss (1847-1874) - daughter, died at 27; her own apparent son died as an infant the year before she did.
